Reslau is somewhere to meet for business or pleasure, over coffee, a meal or a glass of wine.

Reslau was opened in May 2007 by the MacGregor Brothers, of MacGregor Brothers Kitchen, and has since become a popular place to meet and to retreat in the central city. Our commitment to excellent coffee and “Mrs MacGregor’s” famous home baking has led to Reslau being judged the best café in the CBD in the Metro Café Awards for both 2007 and 2008.

During the day, our tea trolley is laden with scones and muffins, cakes, slices and cookies, sandwiches, panini, quiches and salads. All food is made daily on the premises.

Reslau is also licensed and open into the early evening offering a wide selection of New Zealand and international wines and a range of light snacks. The homely atmosphere provides the perfect environment to relax after work or before a show.

You can also book for our Saturday high tea – the perfect way to spend an afternoon in the Elliott Stables. We look forward to seeing you at Reslau
