Born in a home kitchen in 2023, Coco Lane began with founders David and Matilda and a shared love of baking something truly special. What started as a small market stall quickly grew into a much-loved Auckland cookie brand, with our thick, gooey cookies winning over customers at farmers’ and night markets before expanding to our High Street and Elliott Stables stores, nationwide delivery and wholesale partners.
At the heart of Coco Lane is a simple belief: great cookies start with quality ingredients, careful craftsmanship and a little creativity. Every batch is handcrafted with the same care as those first home-kitchen bakes, while we continue to dream up new flavours, bring people together and make every box a little more memorable.
